Keir Starmer defends the Human Rights Act in his maiden speech

Keir Starmer used his maiden speech in the House of Commons as the new Member of Parliament for Holborn & St Pancras to defend the Human Rights Act which the Conservative Government intends to repeal. Keir also paid tribute to his predecessor, Frank Dobson and spoke about Holborn & St Pancras in his first speech in the Commons.
